Don’t ever wash your genitals with soap. It can really mess up your PH levels and bacterial balance and make you more prone to infections. This is bad advice. You can wash your labia with soap but not inside the Mitchell Robinson 23 Savage shirt besides I will buy this vagina with soap. Soap is definitely good at cleaning the bootyhole… Not just any soap. It needs to be PH-balanced or even specifically for the genital area. Preferably unscented. I never understood why I would constantly have BV until I realized it was because I was using regular body soap on that area. I shower every other day, or when my hair looks too oily and or I feel gross. I wash and typically shave my armpits once or twice a week. My legs used to be every time but I’m lazy now lmao. I try to brush my teeth in the morning before work, and if I can’t make myself do that, I use mouthwash. That way I still feel kinda clean. I wash my bedding about once a month or two. You can wash it more than that but id advise at least every two months.

Deodorant goes on after I shower, or in the Mitchell Robinson 23 Savage shirt besides I will buy this morning before work. Try not to repeat the same bra all week. It can give you acne on you back or boobs and that sucks. I prefer to change my socks daily but depending on what you do, depends how often you should change. At least every other day tho to avoid smell and bacteria. I brush my hair every morning right after I take my meds and vitamins. You don’t have to go all out with face wash, washing excessively etc. it works for some but not all. I would recommend washing your face in the shower with body wash, some people like loofas other washcloths and other people just use their hands. Honestly hygiene is different for everyone. Peoples bodies work different.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
