There’s a small part of our hearing spectrum that doesn’t stimulate the Miss Americana Minimalist Est 1989 Shirt besides I will buy this cochlea (basically a collection of tiny little hairs in your ear that act like receivers for various frequencies – most loss of hearing has to do with dulling or complete absence of these). Below around 80 Hz you feel it more than you hear it – the sound resonates your entire body. That’s why you get that feeling in your gut when you’re near a subwoofer or any bass heavy sounds. As a hearing impaired person, I can say my hereditary hearing loss will eventually leave me legally deaf like my father and his father and grandfather before him. I had no idea the severity of my hearing loss until one day I felt as if I had possible water or a blockage in my right ear (it has always been better than my left). After having a hearing test and proper hearing aids programmed to my specific tones I have lost, I am hearing things (albeit faint) that I have not heard in 25+ years. However, every year I go in and have my hearing test and the volume goes up and tuning gets adjusted. Without my hearing devices, it’s as if I am underwater… I do not hear anyone coming up around me, let alone any blood flow etc. I am on the lucky folks that does not experience tinnitus. My friend with her cochlear implant describes her sensation as the same.

I primarily treat my tinnitus with hearing aids and playing loud music consistently (not too loud just enough to overpower the Miss Americana Minimalist Est 1989 Shirt besides I will buy this tinnitus, no point in more damage.) After about a month of constant stimulation and distraction it started to legitimately disappear, and I found that I could hear true and utter silence again, even when I thought of the tinnitus. Sometimes it comes back, but it’s been so long with it (and with legitimate treatment) that it no longer causes pain and is less than background noise to me at this point. My parents are deaf, they’ve told me they have no hearing sense at all, they can’t hear the blood rushing. They are really good at feeling vibrations though. I was born deaf, I have required hearing aids my entire life, being 30 now, the way I describe my hearing is like wearing ear muffs underwater in a giant funnel and rushing sounds. when I remove my hearing aids, I feel like I have a hole the size of a car tire on both sides of my head with no sound and just a breeze tickling my hairs I am deaf in my left ear. Tinnitus is always there, but sometimes I forget I have it and as soon as I remember I have it, I hear it again. I also experience a helicopter/chopping/throbbing noise from time to time. I’ve never asked my ENT about it, but I figured it’s just the sound of blood or some kind of spasm. It depends on the degree of deafness. I’m profoundly deaf in my left ear (No ear drum remaining and heavily scarred from radiotherapy). and I hear Nothing at all. No tinnutus (Thank you God), just…black. My right ear is legally deaf, with about 20% hearing remaining. I get occasional tinnitus, bt much more often (Multiple times a week) a feeling of it being extremely plugged
