Extra/pricer things I like to splurge on: lymphatic drainage massages, facials with extractions, infrared sauna sessions, and Brazilian hair straightening treatments. Although when it comes to cutting my Minnesota Vikings Marvel Wolverine and Deadpool True friends shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this hair I do it myself. It’s always just a trim and there’s so many videos on YouTube on how to trim your hair at home. These are not necessary by any means but I thought I would include in case you’re interested. It took me a long time to cultivate my routine as my mom also didn’t teach me too much about self care growing up. I had to observe my peers and educate myself through social media to learn how to take proper care of myself and do my skincare and makeup routines. I’m pretty happy with where it’s at and maybe it sounds like a lot but I genuinely enjoy every step. Good luck on your self care journey! Xx

Minnesota Vikings Marvel Wolverine and Deadpool True friends shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

My advice for you is to try the Minnesota Vikings Marvel Wolverine and Deadpool True friends shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this things that everyone is saying but don’t put too much pressure on yourself. There’s a lot of advice out there and it can get really overwhelming really fast and can make you feel like you’re not doing enough (from my own experience). There are books intended for young girls addressing the basics of this topic. Your local library may even have copies you can borrow. They are called “The Care and Keeping of You” by American Girl There are 2 volumes with the 2nd being intended for a slightly older age group. They are also available for purchase on Amazon. It’s a starting point. To add to the very excellent list you’ve already gotten, I want to touch on hygiene a bit more. If you haven’t been, make a gynecologist appointment. You need a Pap smear and STD/STI testing. Have them check your hormones as well. Get a female gynecologist because you will be more comfortable. Ask them to show you how to wash beneath your clitoral hood. It’s shocking how many women don’t know and never have. Shaving is a personal choice, from bald to never. Be aware that wherever you have hair you have odor causing bacteria. There is a good all over deodorant called Lume’. It really works. It’s very important that you get up to urinate after sex. People are different but I was taught to bathe when you come home from work/outside, and shower in the morning before work. When on your cycle be neat. It’s disgusting how some women put their products just tossed on top of the trash. A closed trash can is hygienic and discreet for any products whether yours or his.
