You people and your bholes that can take anything. I used Charmin for years bc any other brand ended in blood on bad days. I use a bidet now. I can buy cheap tp bc it’s only to dry. Charmin caused huge issues to our grinder pump. We ended up having to replace it at only 5 years old and it costs 3500 bucks. We just use Scott’s now, but we also use bidets so the TP is just more for patting dry We have a mound septic system and only use original Scottissue as recommended by my best friends dad who installs mound septic systems. That fluffy TP leaves too many dingleberries. I found this issue (paper scraps left behind) with the “ultra soft” version but not the “ultra strong”…very frustrating regardless. It’s my favorite. It’s one of the few that doesn’t make me break out in a rash, and my fingers never burst through the paper. If it’s leaving paper balls behind, you need to wipe again to get the balls off. Usually more gently. you don’t have to be so aggressive with ya booty. I’ve heard this from other people before but I use this TP exclusively and have never had that problem! So weird. And I use the soft!

I like what we use. It is softer than other toilet papers. Charmin ultra strong is the way to go. Ultra soft is probably the reason you have that problem. If I don’t buy Charmin, then I’d rather just not even go to the bathroom because it’s the only brand that’s consistently good. Most other brands you’d be better off just wiping with the toilet brush instead. YES THANK YOU! This is the perfect illustration of what I like to call “The Charmin Effect”. See, for a long time I hadn’t tried Charmin, but I had seen the commercials. The commercials, as you may know, focus primarily on the amount of TP left on your ass after you wipe (a problem I had not encountered). I remember these commercials kind of confused me: is TP confetti between the cheeks normal? have I just not noticed? am I not wiping violently enough? Then one fateful day, a roommate bought Charmin in bulk for the apartment. Exactly one shit later and I understood the problem the Charmin bears had been railing against on TV for years: there was paper all over my ass. Charmin is marketing off of a problem that is specific to their own brand! They lock in their customers “oh yeah my ass is just covered in paper bits, good thing I use Charmin or this problem would be out of control!”.

I tried the Ultra Soft once out of curiosity and hated it. Ultra soft is terrible! Ultra strong is all I’ll use cuz it holds up and doesn’t dust apart! I can use very little tp compared to other brands. Ultra Soft is too “powdery” for my ass but Ultra Strong is the only kind I use. It has the perfect balance of softness and grit. How you getting toilet paper crumbs? You wipe not scrub. Imagine if you used public toilet paper your chocolate starfish would be a bloody starfish, that shits lake sandpaper If you think Charmin is bad, don’t buy the Sam’s club brand lol. It balls up even worse and has actually clogged someone else I know’s toilet and flooded their bathroom. Personally I can’t say seeing a commercial about bears who just love to shit makes me want to buy their toilet paper but I can’t say that for everyone else ¯ I dont buy the super puffy kind, but i do get the super thick kind only cause i dont feel like gambling my finger going through the paper, and not a huge fan of the rough ass texture of that 1 or 2 ply shit… feels like sandpaper I’ve already decided against buying from this company even though i have never tried it, never have and never will, why?
