I’ve only been to Scotland once and this is the Minnesota Call It Home No Matter Where I Roam Flag shirt Also,I will get this only thing I remember. I found it terrifying and that’s why I’m never going back to Scotland. It’s absolute torture if you’re not equipped with netting etc and I sure wasn’t. Normal insect repellent doesn’t seem to work with them for some reason. Had to build a fire out of anything we could find and sit directly in a stream of choking smoke to see them off but that was preferable to the slow death by midges. Camping in and around Glencoe and Fort William is like ground zero for these wee bastards. We used to have 2 firepits positioned up-wind and add damp material to create enough smoke to make it less hospitable for them. Urgh happened to me as a kid when we went somewhere which just happened to be the mating area of the long legged flies. I now hate them and freak out when they are near me due to living in a swarm of them for a few days. Was horrid.

Just get a very defined timeline that is reasonably short for when you have proven your worth. Then do it if you get the Minnesota Call It Home No Matter Where I Roam Flag shirt Also,I will get this same pay (at the end of the day its the same pay at the same place so what do you care? ) Then when your time is up you say I am ready for my raise. All the this time be polishing your resume and applying for jobs if they refuse you the wage or make excuses or try to delay then walk to the next best offer. Some will say only take the position if its more money but a title is worth something to be honest. It can help you get better jobs in other places. No, just NO. Fuck that. It has happened to me once where it turned out I was running my ass off to make sure everything got done, only to find out they were using me to keep things going til they found a more qualified person to take the boss’s job. Get everything in writing. If they arent going to pay you more tell them you arent going to do it. value yourself because bosses are never going to.
