Not to mention average work hours have been on the Minion Murray State Racers I Will Support Racers Here Or There I Will Support Racers All Christmas shirt and I will buy this decline for the past half a decade literally showing a negative corelation with your claim. Respectfully I agree to cut down the work week but you can absolutely get and stay fit while working 40 hours a week. Literally no problem I work 40 and can do it but its difficult. I have to commute 2 hours/day on top of the 40 hours (cant live closer to work bc it costs too much). So now I’m at 50 hours. Gotta go home, cook, do chores, by the time i am done i get maybe 1-2 hours to myself. I have to force myself to work out because by that point i am exhausted. So i get why people dont work out. If i was somehow magically naturally thin i would never do it, I’d take the extra hour to relax. And I cant really blame people for wanting to do that either. I work 50hrs and it’s not hard to make time at all. It literally just replaces binging Netflix or scrolling social media.

The percentage of the Minion Murray State Racers I Will Support Racers Here Or There I Will Support Racers All Christmas shirt and I will buy this population that is overweight and obese has been steadily rising for 50 years and is now at 70% (more than 85% in some demographics); a bit reductive to blame smartphones. Eating unhealthily and doing the least amount of physical activity possible is encouraged – even forced – by basically every facet of American society. Even exercise itself is commodified. Nah, it isn’t sugar, it’s the consumption of far more calories than what is needed, on a constant basis. Obese people eat so much food they could spend hours in the gym everyday doing high intensity training and would still be in a caloric surplus. Where do you think all those extra calories come from? It couldn’t possibly be the addictive calorie dense thing that’s put into everything because it’s good at making things shelf stable and addictive. I don’t think they come from anything, I know where calories come from, obese people eat all kinds of bad crap and tons of it, they aren’t just overeating sweets, that’s too simplistic of a take to just blame sugar.
