I shower daily. Eye cream and face moisturizer. I only wear mascara, lip gloss, and eyebrow mascara. You dont need a lot of makeup to look awake. I keep my eyebrows tweezed and shave my legs, armpits, and private area once a week because my skin is too sensitive to shave more than that. I never wear my hair up, cause i like how long it is, i wash it daily and put leave in conditioner in and some light gell or curl cream and i twist my curls abd run my fingers through once its dry. Even if you dont wear makeup, you should still use spf and some kind of moisturizer, it really makes a difference. Oh hi! So excited for you to explore this new chapter of your life. I’m 27 as well and love my little hygiene routines. I built them up very slowly in college because of major depression and anxiety, starting super small and transitioning into longer routines. I can still struggle even now with my routines, especially if I’m low energy, so I always recommend some basics for the Milwaukee Brewers Christian Yelich caricature shirt Apart from…,I will love this days when you don’t have the energy to do more.

If you’re struggling with showering, I recommend grab a phone holder that you can attach to the Milwaukee Brewers Christian Yelich caricature shirt Apart from…,I will love this shower wall so you can watch a show or listen to music so it’ll help you through it. That motivates me to get in the shower. I enjoy showering at night so I can climb into my sheets clean, but do what you feel comfortable with. I do have to shower every day; my OCD is heavily triggered by germs/contamination, so I can’t not shower. Like others have said, maybe try to shower every other day, or shower on the days when you’ve gotten sweaty. For haircare, I recommend a shampoo and conditioner that smell good to you. Don’t worry about the benefits as much as something that smells good. You can look into some kind of cream to put in your hair after you’re out if you’re interested in styling it, based on your hair type and smell.
