I’d say: Daily: shower. You don’t necessarily have to wash your hair and the Mike Trout Los Angeles Angels Player Swing signature shirt besides I will buy this whole works but get everything good and clean. Be careful with regular soap on your girl parts, use something for those parts or at least unscented. Soap everywhere including butt crack, cooch, the place where your thighs meet your cooch. Use a fresh washcloth each time, don’t hang and reuse. If you’re really short on time to a wet wipe wash on those parts and pits. I prefer before bed so I get into my clean bed all fresh and pretty and ready for wherever the evening brings. If you get gross during the day don’t hesitate to do a quick 5 minute rinse off before bed. Shampoo: as needed, perhaps every other day. Shampoo is for the scalp- don’t dig or scratch, but massage shampoo into that scalp well. Get behind your ears or you can get weird smelly cysts back there. Conditioner is for your hair, mostly ends (not scalp).

Teeth: brush at least twice a day, once at the Mike Trout Los Angeles Angels Player Swing signature shirt besides I will buy this bare minimum. Do this and save yourself pain and money later. Get a waterpik when you see one on sale. Tussy and Lume are very different. The texture is the same, but the ingredients do completely different things. Lume is far superior, IMO, but they really are completely different. I wake up and moisturize + sunscreen my face. I put on deodorant and usually a lil bit of perfume. I make sure my hair looks ok (sometimes I throw it in a pony tail or bun if I’m lazy and other times style it). Some days I wear makeup others not. I brush my teeth twice a day. Every night I shower, do the regular things (wash my body, shave if I need to, etc). I wash my hair once or twice a week. I have curly hair so it’s better for my hair health to not wash it very often.
