Back when I was a manager in a different field, I’d offer work to my employees, if they wanted work, they took it and did it, if they didnt want work, cool, they got the Michael Myers Shirt Free Hugs also I will do this day off. Whoopty freakin’ do. I never had a meltdown over it… I used to have a boss like that. He would regularly come in with the flu and do nothing all day except spread it. Then we’d have weeks of everyone being sick. Last time he did and called a Monday meeting was the first time I wore a mask at work. Of course, I knew I was quitting later that week but seeing his fury was worth it. “cool let me just show up and infect everyone” your boss is an idiot. I hope all their shitty behavior comes back 10x I love the lack of self awareness to their own sense of entitlement. They firmly believe they’re entitled to treat people especially their employees however the hell they damn well please. Then there’s the open talk of age discrimination in their hiring practices, but my favorite part by far..the total lack of planning for the future. I sincerely hope they refuse to hire young people for their businesses. Then one day they’ll wonder why they suddenly have literally zero employees because they’ve all retired or passed away. Before that happens though they’ll wonder why no one wants to do business with them because of the complete cultural disconnect of having people that seem to think nothing has changed since at best 1998.

Michael Myers Shirt Free Hugs, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s not just the Michael Myers Shirt Free Hugs also I will do this younger generation. Its basically anyone who drinks or does cocaine during the work week. 3/4 of my crew are unreliable as fuck and it’s literally only the ones who party. Crew= construction?? Because that was my experience in construction trades, which was why I never fit in as well as I could. It got old, fast. Report them to HR with the screen shots and anyone else that should know about or just show it to everyone in the company ? This. I wasn’t even telling them that I wasn’t going to turn up, I just said if I’m still not feeling well could someone cover for me? But no I’m just demanding ofc What’s worse is that they have all sorts of grammatical errors. If that was my boss I would be embarrassed! Lol. First of all, it’s “disrespectful” secondly yes we will demand when we can or cannot work we are the workers and we outnumber you Why is working yourself into the ground the only way to be? I have a coworker that gets irritated I take my full lunch break. lol Ok they use and abuse people and believe that is management. Leadership has never ever been in their lives. Not a good place to work if YOU want to be appreciated
