Find your goal, build your work ethic, and work towards making it happen. It’s really hard, especially if you have depression. But if you can find the Michael Jordan Basketball Legend Signature T-Shirt and by the same token and strength to push yourself long enough, everything else falls into place. There are plenty of true victims out there, but if you allow yourself to fall into a victim mindset, you’re not doing yourself or anyone around you any good. Good luck out there. As kind advice, I would speak to a therapist as you may be suffering from depression. Also you may have unreasonable expectations of what your job entails. Healthcare typically has great high paying jobs in low quality areas to live, and vice versa. For the student loans, if you are in PSLF, just stick with a non profit hospital for 10 years (they’ll count previous years as well) and get your loans forgiven. Consider either a lower paying job that has easy hours or a higher paying job you hate that is paying your bills.

You have sales experience and healthcare experience. Medical device sales? It was a life changing amount of money for me. It’s stressful but I’m on track to do about 140k this year and I’m not one of the top paid guys. With that debt you either need to be crazy good at sales, start a successful business, get a job at a non-profit for the 10 year loan forgiveness, or just get the fuck out of the US. If you work outside of the US you can still put down your income as $0 as long as you live and work outside of the US. After like 20 years I believe the depth remainder is dropped, but I’m not an expert. It may be extreme to leave the country, but that would essentially give you a financial reset. Hello friend! There are a couple comments in here that say you changed careers too many times. I went from factory > teaching premed > healthcare > aerospace and I haven’t found what I would consider a dream job either.
