My answer used to be The Elephant House Cafe where JK Rowling wrote, they actually have good food/drinks. But it’s gotten so big now, the Michael Chavis American professional baseball infielder Washington Stripes T-Shirt moreover I will buy this last time they were charging people to go in and I felt rushed with my drink. Practically every major European tourist city with a river has an overpriced 1 hour tourist river cruise. And I will go on every freaking one! I’ve enjoyed every river cruise I’ve been on, and if they let me buy an overpriced beer or champagne, even better! I love being on the water and seeing the city from a different and relaxing point of view. First time I went I didn’t want to pay the entrance fee & didn’t realise you had to book online in advance. Was dragged there by the missus & got a ticket & not only is it brilliant with the stain glass windows, free audio thingy but it was also so calm & cool from the bustle of Barca it was nice to take some slow time. Love that place. I got revenge on a kid who bullied me there. Banned from all future field trips but they can’t take his high pitched scream away from me.

The Angkor Wat temples in Siem Reap Cambodia. If you time it right & don’t go in a tour group you avoid all the Michael Chavis American professional baseball infielder Washington Stripes T-Shirt moreover I will buy this crowds as they be at lunch so about 12ish. Ignore the signs saying which route to walk if there is a tour in front of you & it feels like you have the place to yourself until you cross paths in different directions. Spend a few hours there & the tour groups move on pretty fast & then get your photos. Only problem is the heat that time of day but I had no issues & have late lunch or wait until evening meal & a few drinks down Pub Street. My photos of the temples honestly look like myself & two friends I made in the hostel had hired out the temples for the day, did it a second time with the full time girlfriend about three years later & it was exactly the same. The coach tours didn’t seem to be getting any information from the guides, mostly Chinese tourists all wearing the same hats. They were just hearded around & made sure they got on the buses so I’d download a podcast about the history & absorb it that way if I ever go back.
