I work in healthcare. Many of the Miami Hockey AAU College Hockey National Champions T-Shirt besides I will buy this most talented surgeons and specialists with the lowest amount of post-op complications and best patient outcomes are absolute shitheads who are 100% in it for the money and ego. They can be a nightmare to work with, and the shit they talk about their patients and patients’ loved ones can be absolutely fucked. i agree with this, not everyone has the capacity to be a good doctor- but i would argue that there is very little difference between the potential of the top 5% of applicants from the middle 50% in being a good doctor. to even begin to consider applying to med school you already have to be among the best of the best students from a top college. aside from evaluating academic performance, i don’t think the system for med school evaluation can really do much to determine who would have the capacity/grit to cut it out as a doctor

it can’t account for required communication skills, empathy, cognitive and motor skills that are realistically the Miami Hockey AAU College Hockey National Champions T-Shirt besides I will buy this most important factors in working with patients. it just focuses on who is the best at quickly memorizing information for an exam, to then immediately throw it out and repeat to get the best test scores instead of actually retaining knowledge and learning. at the end of the day established doctors don’t need to remember everything, and the most respectable ones are those who listen to their patients, then do the research to nail down a diagnosis. ultimately i think this increase in enrollment/admission makes those ‘top 5%’ who are resigning feel threatened, because it calls their superiority complex about being the elite into question since those who made that decision are essentially agreeing there’s not a big difference between the top 5% and the top 20%
