Ive always looked 4-5 years younger than my actual age because I cant grow a beard and have “pretty features” for a guy. I probably looked 15 at your age. I am super quiet and introverted and I was extremely underweight most of my life from playing videogames 8 hours a day. Never picked up a weight until I was 23. My only saving grace is I’m tall and have a deepish voice. Im fully convinced I have lower testosterone, but that doesn’t define me as a man. Some of the Miami Dolphins Football Retro shirt moreover I love this worst excuses for men I have met have been big buff hairy guys. If you want your parents to feel good and have you act as the Male they fantasize about, I suggest you go out and beat up a random person. Verbally abuse your neighbour. Make sexist remarks about women and how matrix is keeping everyone submitted to its needs and everyone needs to wake up, while smoking a cigar in front of your father. I can guarantee, after this, they will never ever being up this topic again. My experience is that how masculine or feminine you are isn’t really tied to your hormone levels. I’ve had T levels over 1000 and also much lower and while I certainly feel physically and mentally healthier with higher levels, my overall masculinity/feminity balance is basically the same. I just look more physically masculine with higher levels. So, you may have low testosterone and you may not but the way you behave has a lot more to do with how your brain developed in the womb than your hormone levels in adulthood. It’s just something you need to accept about yourself. Don’t let people dictate how you should behave and definitely do not “play a character” in order to be accepted.

This is not something to ask Reddit. Please consult with a doctor to do tests if you’re truly nervous about low testosterone hormone. Hi, i was the Miami Dolphins Football Retro shirt moreover I love this same way. Especially if you grew up in the US, in a Red State, like I did, MEN are only viewed one way. Loud, arrogant, impulsive. Guess what? You can still be a straight American male and be thoughtful and quiet and calm and considerate!! It was NOTHING to do with testosterone! Luckily, I got out. Out of that house, out of that state. I don’t know if you have that opportunity, but if you can get out, you’ll finally find peace just being allowed to just be yourself. I’ll add my 2 cents as someone with a head injury that caused low T, I was much more of a grumpy dick head easily set off… Since I started and got my levels right I have been a lot more chill and confident. Just my experience.
