Any of the Merry Slothmas Retro Sloth Xmas Lights Sloth Lover shirt in addition I really love this quiet side-streets close to the station in Gipsy Hill. I love the Triangle, so having it in easy walking distance while still getting peace and quiet is ideal, and I can get a big detached house like this place and still have north of £6m to invest after paying stamp duty, fees etc., redecorating and furnishing. My friends are scattered across South London (with a few out East) so no one place is going to be perfect for all of them, but at least the station’s there. In the real world I may be able to afford a 2 bed flat there in the next year or two, which frankly I’ll settle for. Albert Square near Stockwell. Have grown up walking past and dreaming of living in one of those houses something I won’t buy more than 10% of capital on a property. Means my budget would not be more than £1m. Having said that, it will have to be near Hampstead.

I really want to buy either the Merry Slothmas Retro Sloth Xmas Lights Sloth Lover shirt in addition I really love this Elephant house opposite hampstead heath and/or the poet Sylvia Plath’s old place in Chalcot Square (it wasn’t her last house fyi, that was around the corner) Outer Circle, in Regents Park. You know the amazing villas you see if you walk down the regents canal towpath from Camden to Little Venice and look across the canal at their pristine gardens and grand facades. I’ll have one of them please! edit: something lhaving lived on Regents Park Road for a couple of years, probably one of the streets leading off Primrose Hill. Chalcot crescent, but prices are so insane around there a house would swallow half of that significant pile of cash, so maybe a larger 2-3 bedroom flat pied a terre would be just fine…
