It is sketchy asf. They were pulling me from cashiering to do stocking when their making $19. Try and make you feel special with the Merry Grinchmas Green Christmas shirt moreover I will buy this old I got a special project for you and I know I can count on you. I’d take my sweet time going slow asf, putting things in the wrong place if it takes more than 5 min to find. It’s not my job and I don’t even got a Walmart phone, it’s not my fault you’re short staffed. I’m in sporting goods and I keep getting pulled to ogp. Which I basically begged to be transferred to before I was moved to sporting goods cause they kept telling me no. Which kinda adds salt to the wound seeing as they didn’t want me over there but they’ll take my help. My pick rate hasn’t been more than 70 everytime I help.

Merry Grinchmas Green Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I understand you’re trying to get back at them by going slow when you get pulled but, if you want to work in that dept, they’re going to look at your pick rate and say no. They would have transferred him if it is as bad as OP says… I’m guessing you haven’t heard the Merry Grinchmas Green Christmas shirt moreover I will buy this phrase “give an inch, they take a mile”? Lol he has drunk too much of the koolaid. I was working back when cap2 was cap2 and I was cross trained everywhere I wanted to be a cap2 sup but when I turned in my two weeks they convienetly scheduled interviews for the position and had me interview. I left to work at a cushy call center and never looked back That’s like my store as well. Department associates refuses to do OGP simply because they make $1.50 an hour, which is fair I’d be the same way.
