If you can do more or the Mental Health Awereness Mountain Vintage Sunset Fight The Stigma T-Shirt in other words I will buy this same amount of work in 4 days, then you’re not working at 100%. Execs don’t want to think this about their workforce. So I asked this same question to my company and the answer was that there would have to be a simultaneous cultural shift industry wide to make this work for our business (financial services). Some companies and functions will be able to shift into a 4-day workweek without any marginal impact to the community whereas others like my industry simply can’t shift to this model without disrupting the economy and trade. This is not to mention how this would impact global trade when businesses or financial services in other parts of the world operate 5 days a week.

It’s kind of the Mental Health Awereness Mountain Vintage Sunset Fight The Stigma T-Shirt in other words I will buy this same reason branches run 9-5 pm because everyone else is operating 9-5 pm. Admittedly, the world has changed and branches are starting to extend their hours to accommodate more business while minimizing risk. Personally, I’m all for a 4-day workweek, but the cultural shift and logistics needs to be there to make it work from day 1. I’m all for working less but this is not a good study. It only ran for a month so it is highly susceptible to people cramming work in order to make the trial look good so that the 4 day week has a chance to become permanent. Also there is no control group – business performance can change up and down significantly YOY from market factors outside company control. If you read the original Microsoft release translated from japanese, they say “This number [the 40%] is factual information, but it is not the result achieved by this challenge alone, but the result realized by various factors.”
