If you want to argue about the Mens My Favorite Soccer Player Calls Me Pappy USA Flag Premium T-Shirt moreover I will buy this morality of the protesting then go ahead, but in the eyes of the law what the protestors are doing can be charged and prosecuted. It is irresponsible of Schumer to not clearly communicate the actual legal risks of the actions. What’s particularly heinous is that the SCOTUS ruled that protesting in front of homes was completely fine. Rules for thee but not for me. States were always allowed to pass laws to protect an independent judicial branch and due process. Freedom of speech and a right to protest were never absolute rights and always did have restrictions. That is not unconstitutional. The law was passed as it was deemed necessary in order to have fair trials, as without it jurors and judges could be threatened into changing their stances or rulings based on fear rather then the actual facts of the case.

He’s right. Non violent protest is fitting and proper. Folks have been protesting outside of women’s clinics for decades. Funny how there’s such outrage supreme court justices have to deal with the Mens My Favorite Soccer Player Calls Me Pappy USA Flag Premium T-Shirt moreover I will buy this same thing. After they showed us exactly who they are. I know it interferes with the general “us vs them” liberal vs conservative political economy argument that Americans cannot see an alternative to, but this is all happening precisely because liberal democracy has failed to either uphold the will of the vast majority or protect the vast majority from the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie. This is authoritarianism in the USA, resulting from a failed system of democracy, purchased by lobbyists, corporations and private individuals. This is the result of decades of the democratic party REFUSING TO STAND UP FOR THE PEOPLE. Fucking don’t blame republicans alone, blame the entire system of bourgeois democracy that made this mess for us to live with. It doesn’t affect the bourgeoisie. The problems that we have to deal with on the ground don’t affect them, and they do not care about us. Seriously.
