On an emotional level, Doctor Strange in the Men Shouldn’t Be Making Laws About Women’s Bodies Feminist T-Shirt in contrast I will get this Multiverse of Madness leaves a lot to be desired. Doctor Strange is constantly being asked, or asking himself, whether he is happy. It’s a valid question, but the issue is that the personal stakes for Stephen Strange — at least beyond being a superhero — are practically nonexistent because the first film failed to firmly establish such things and the MCU hasn’t been doing a good job of following up on his emotional through-line. Doctor Strange 2 would like audiences to believe that the sorcerer really does regret not doing enough to save his relationship with Christine, a regret he seems to harbor throughout the film. “Although this is a Doctor Strange solo film and Benedict Cumberbatch is cool as ever, the leading ladies in the cast arguably steal the show.”

“Doctor Strange” introduced us to a character who is brilliant and arrogant, a man who loses everything he has but reinvents himself, transforming from a legendary surgeon to a master of the Men Shouldn’t Be Making Laws About Women’s Bodies Feminist T-Shirt in contrast I will get this mystic arts. The good doctor doesn’t get nearly as much to play this time around, apart from some mooning over his failed relationship with Christine (a returning Rachel McAdams), Doctor Strange as a character has been a difficult one to root for more often than not, perhaps because his primary personality trait has always been, essentially, arrogance and not much else. Still, Cumberbatch delivers some necessary pathos to the film, even while working through what ends up being a pretty minimalist character arc.
