Maybe I should start boxing or something? I am also considering travelling half a year in Asia to find myself, no matter how cliche that is. To Ubud in Bali maybe. I just feel stuck in the Maneskin Band Tour Circo Massimo 2022 Shirt also I will do this past.In order to stop your mind from over dwelling on something that is consuming your mind, you have to learn to “Face it, Accept it, Process it, Release it” Face it. What exactly is the problem, the sadness and guilt? Do you know what it is, where it is? If you try to run away from it, if you try to hide from it, it’s probably going to continue to haunt you. It’s not going away if you are just turning your back or putting your head into the sand. Accept it. So now you know you’ve got a problem. You’ve pinpointed exactly what is causing the sadness and guilt . You need to accept that is a problem and you’ve got to tell yourself you are not going to run from it anymore. Process it. Now, you’ve accepted the problem, it’s time to fix the problem. Can you fix it? Yes? then fix it! Now. What are you waiting for??… or… Wait, you can’t fix it? It’s all in the past? Nothing you can do about it at all? Then let it go! Forget about it! No point on dwelling on a problem you can’t do anything about it. Only you can let go of something that is stuck in your mind causing you pain and suffering. Ask the ducks in the water, are they also troubled about the things that are making you sad? What about the birds that flew in front of you? Why are they so carefree, but you feel terrible? How can you fix yourself and be as free as the bird and ducks?

Release it. So you’ve processed it. You’ve let it go. So now, it shouldn’t be a problem anymore, right? You are done. Let the Maneskin Band Tour Circo Massimo 2022 Shirt also I will do this thoughts float away like bubbles you have blown. Now imagine they’ve popped. They are gone. Very good points, and thank you for the reply. I think that just connecting with myself in complete serenity and without distractions was the first step of facing it. One always distract oneself away from problems and let them dwell in the subconcious mind, then you deny it without processing it. It kind of reminds me of gestalt therapy, to be able to feel and accept the emotions inside yourself before releasing them in a meaningful way. A surface serenity hides an inner unrest. Questions arise about doing something different. Finding yourself, that is the quest. Not an easy road to travel. Lots of quagmires on that path. The past is the future. To get unstuck from the past and future requires getting outside of time. Easily done in meditation when we become forgetful that we are meditating while focused on one thing.
