MSNBC is just going to blame this on some low level producer, fire that person, “apologize” and continue to do this shit like normal. Actually most news organizations do this but the Made with Melanin Black Girl Magic Afro Beauty Black Queen Shirt so you should to go to store and get this egregiousness of this particular person is above and beyond normal. MSNBC is one of the largest purveyor of opinions and masks it, mind you very failingly, as “news”. Thus this headline doesn’t surprise me. Fyi, this story was rehosted from the Milwaukee Fox station. Original link is at:I’m hoping so too. It took 10 years to get anything about the Rodney King riots and it was more a back drop to a movie. Attorneys reading this: I’m assuming this is a slam dunk mistrial. Is that true? And if so, is it likely to get prejudice attached? Is this so far beyond the pale that there isn’t much precedent to say one way or the other? Definately this. I don’t want to risk being put on some government hitlist to commit suicide if I anger the wrong people Say for example someone lived in the Kenosha area and was called in for jury duty. They would then notify their employer. If the dates of the days they missed work lined up with the dates of this high profile trial wouldn’t it be obvious to the employer and their co-workers what trial they were serving on? Unless the courts lets them go back to work at a date a week or 2 after the trial ended, sort of like the equivalent of a doctors note saying the trial ended later than it did to protect their identity. Some co-workers might still be suspicious of their co-worker who did jury duty.

-5 after a half hour, I take it some people feel betrayed by what they thought was a news network they could trust? I feel sorry for you. Its also funny to watch all the Made with Melanin Black Girl Magic Afro Beauty Black Queen Shirt so you should to go to store and get this same people the spent entire 2020 talking about how corrupt our justice system now defend these prosecutors who have committed gross misconduct several times in this case. If anything, this case should be the great unifying call for criminal justice reform. The left should be saying “See right-wingers. If they will railroad Rittenhouse like this on live TV with all the world watching, imagine what prosecutors are doing to poor black people in cases that no one will ever hear about”. It was sickening to me watch the prosecutor lie so blatantly about why the drone footage quality was different in the footage they gave the defense. Anyone that knows anything about how video files work would know that files don’t just randomly change size, quality, cropping, or completely change their name, when emailed or sent from phone to phone. He was taking advantage of the older jugdes ignorance. He also outright lied to the judge about what software they were using, and how it worked. The media even ridiculed the defense for attempting to call him out on. He said that the pinch to zoom feature was something every juror has used on their iphones and its just standard stuff. But they weren’t using a standard iphone video player for that, they were using special forensic software. And when they zoom in using it, absolutely users a machine learning algorithm to blow up the video. The defense was completely correct in questioning this, and the prosecutors tried to make the feel judge stupid or embarrassed because he was leaning towards the defense.
