First and foremost for me is always habit building. I get up and run in the Luka Doncic 77 Doncic Slovenian professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks T-Shirt In addition,I will do this morning, even if I don’t make it very far or go very quickly, I am actively building/maintaining a habit. Second most important for me was starting to feel proud of myself for achieving self growth. Pay attention to your progress or record it somehow, so you can look back and be proud of something difficult that you’ve achieved. One trick I use is to buy all the stuff you need to exercise so you’ll feel obligated to use it. It hasn’t worked There’s all sorts of different ways to get exercise in and at least one of them will be fun for you. I play VR games, dance games, roller skate, ride my bike. All of these things are so enjoyable that they don’t really feel like hard exercise unless I’ve set a goal that I want to drive myself for. I also play a full contact sport and being good at it and supporting my team motivates me to get my butt into the gym

But when I started going to the Luka Doncic 77 Doncic Slovenian professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks T-Shirt In addition,I will do this gym I didn’t pick a grueling and punishing routine that I would dread every morning. I started light, set myself some benchmarks, and celebrated myself for my accomplishments. I take a friend, when I can, so we can cheer each other on. I record my numbers and congratulate myself on improving my numbers. And when I’m tired and grumpy, I let myself slack off. I take selfies from the gym and send them to my friends who congratulate on my hard work. And then I go use my hard earned muscles and strong cardiovascular system to do community service and support my team I think forcing yourself to do things you hate is a really tough approach. I know some people motivate well through spite or self-flagellation but that just doesn’t work for me. When I hate things I just get sad and don’t do them. So knowing how my psychology works, I use fun and socializing and lots of positive reinforcement
