Yes to the Lucca International Fuck Ramen Goblin Motorcycle Shirt But I will love this Lusitania but no to WWII- it’s too reductionist to say that the US entered WWII because of U-boats. Pearl Harbor was not because of U-boats. U-boats didn’t make Germany declare war on the US post-Pearl Harbor. U-boats did not dictate Japanese policy in the years leading up to their invasion of China and then the rest of the Pacific. And the list goes on. US did not enter war due to shocking sinking of Lusitania, a ship loaded with ammunition sunk pretty much right next to the british isles in legally declared war zone. People always call the M4 Sherman a death trap despite having some of the highest survival rates of all tanks during the war. U-Boats however, those were real death traps. Not to mention the M4 was one of if not the best tanks when it came to survival, with crew hatches fucking everywhere that were very easy to open and close

That’s pretty fucking insane. The merchant marines had twice the Lucca International Fuck Ramen Goblin Motorcycle Shirt But I will love this KIA rate as the army and that was “only” 4%. I’m assuming the casualty rate is pretty close to the KIA rate. There’s a walk in Liberty Station, San Diego, lined with memorials to US submarines and their crews. It’s sad to read the plaques of so many lost, with many listed as “on eternal patrol”. U.S subs are listed as never lost but always listed as on patrol and each Christmas a message is sent out to them to wish them a Merry Christmas This is neither here not there, but when I first heard of the board game, Axis and Allies, I thought they were saying Axes and Allies and it was a fantasy board games akin to Dungeons and Dragons
