And regardless, I’ve gotten to spend my kids’ entire childhoods at home: I’m fully aware how priceless that time has been. Nothing better than taking lunch and coming down to my girls (or taking the Love Of My Life Barry Gibb Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this wife out). My CEO literally blamed our terrible attrition rate on WFH. He basically thinks when people are in the office they are more attached to their co-workers and invested in the company, which incentivizes them to not switch companies. It was hard not to laugh at this reasoning. This is total horseshit. I know plenty of people who are just as productive at home but there are also people who you just cant reach when they are wfh but are readily available when in the office. Like most things, there are people who abuse a good thing. It’s not about productivity it’s about middle management having something to do and bodies to fill very expensive realestate.

Love Of My Life Barry Gibb Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Here’s my take on it, as a Systems Admin that can see the Love Of My Life Barry Gibb Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this firings and what not “after Covid” meaning now that people are coming back to work and things are being accounted for. It’s true. People that worked from home (almost all of us at my organization) had “zero negative impact” on their productivity. That being said… the people that slacked on their job duties while in office, doubled down to the extreme when they were left completely unsupervised at home. Personally I think this is a management issue (Why isn’t the manager auditing every employee and their workload?) but I can tell you with a 100% factual statement, there were people that straight up did not do their job, took the opportunity while working from home to essentially watch their kids, fix up their homes, go shopping, etc.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
