I have charges for trespassing and not following a lawful order, as I was participating in a protest… I didn’t appear at the Love Laughter And Family The American Family Day Usa Flag 4th of July T-Shirt it is in the first place but court hearing and was avoiding contacting them for 6 months, thus the bench warrant… Talk to the prosecutor. That sort of charge usually just results in a fine, depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the protest. You might be able to arrange a plea deal and a new court date. You’d never have had a warrant if you’d just attended the fucking hearing. It was my bad to not attend it but my bf at the time talked me into it and yeah… He said that they’ll just drop the charges as it was only a protesting thing and this is what’s happened. It was just a peaceful protest (environmental), there was no violence or damage or anything just blocking entrance to a building (and I wasn’t even blocking it directly just was around and got picked by the police). I’ll try to call the court and see what I can do, I’m so clueless in this though And ditch the boyfriend who’s trying to get your ass arrested. There are two organizations you never ignore in this life: courts and taxing authorities (both IRS, state and local).

Even if im peaceful and do absolutely nothing wrong. if the Love Laughter And Family The American Family Day Usa Flag 4th of July T-Shirt it is in the first place but people im protesting with decide to turn violent or do something wrong. everyone who’s with them will be punished for it dont go to protests anymore lol The protest shit doesn’t matter. You have had a warrant out for your arrest for 6 months. The failure to appear is what you are going to be taken in for. Forget the protest shit for now, none of that matters. Correction officers dont really care what your charges are. Everybody up in that motherfucker gonna get treated the same. Just a simple, “change into these and give us what you’re wearing.
