Couldn’t fb lord over this model and control where you can end up after leaving their departure point or whatever it’s called? Like oh this company doesn’t do what we want, so we will make it not persistent for ppl using their services. Well, in the Los angeles rams champions 2021 super bowl liv los angeles rams first time since 1989 shirt moreover I love this way it is right now, it’s dogshit, but maybe, just maybe, turns to something mildly good in the future, who knows It IS Second Life but with VR. Zuckerberg is so excited about it because if successful it opens up the biggest new market since the Internet came about. The hype is not being driven by demand but by the people who hope to profit from it. Zuckerberg wants to sell a new phone? It won’t happen. The Oculus could become the next iPhone.

What about app stores? Again, it’s impossible to compete against Google and Apple. But if the Los angeles rams champions 2021 super bowl liv los angeles rams first time since 1989 shirt moreover I love this Metaverse works out Zuckerberg could easily make the Meta store the standard to compete against. But what would they sell? Look at the people paying stupid amounts of money for NFTs. Now imagine people paying stupid amounts of money for avatars. Real world brands will want to buy in so now your kid will have to figure out how to ask for money for virtual Yeezys because his school friends laugh at his default avatar shoes. The opportunities for selling are endless. You’ll have billboards, you’ll have private experiences and locations, you’ll have real estate. But how do you make people want to join in? You tell companies that they could become rich with the Metaverse and they’ll promote the hell out of it. You pay content creators to make exclusive metaverse content and people will flock to it. You won’t care about the Metaverse at first but then one day a new Disney Star Wars or Marvel show in 3D will be released on the Metaverse exclusively and you’ll begrudgingly buy an Oculus and create an account.
