How does the Los Angeles California HDTGM Team Fred Tiger T-Shirt also I will do this floor feel on my bare feet? Does it feel cold? Does it feel hard? What would a soft rug feel like under my feet? Imagine what the rug would look like in this room. What type of fibers is the rug made out of? Are the fibers long? Short? Breath slowly. Take more time breathing out than breathing in. Exhaling slows the heart rate, which helps reduce the effects of heightened anxiety. Count slowly as I breathe out. Can I feel your breath on my lips as I breathe out? If I can, I would try to breathe as quiet as you can. When I breathe fast or pant, I typically hear a panting, snorting, or sighing sound. I want to try to not hear those things. Also, no matter what, get mental health assistance if you aren’t already and if they don’t connect you with someone at the jail. Your anxiety/trauma are causing legal issues for you. This is a severe impact on your life. There are resources out there. Google, call 211, use findhelp.org (formally Aunt Bertha). Plus, you can potentially use it to help you with the failure to appear in court citation.
