Like others are commenting here, nothing good lasts forever just like nothing bad lasts forever. This is the Logan Thomas Tight End Shirt in other words I will buy this essence of appreciating and being fully aware of your ability to be present. Another note if anyone is interested this can play off of the principle of rhythm in Hermeticism. This principle states that things in life can be viewed like a pendulum. Things go from low to high, right to left, up and down all the time. Metaphorically in life, it impossible to stop the pendulum from swinging to the other side. It is said that masters of this principle have better control of their mood and emotions because they understand that things are always changing. I live by a a mantra of ‘this too shall pass’. If you’re down it tells you to stick it out, if you’re good it reminds you that you’re not entitled to stay that way. Time is the only arbiter, and so patience is the key I find awareness, and the lack of, to be like Yin and Yang. While meditating I’ve felt “Nirvana” a lot and it is almost default now. It is so pure, but I remain aware so as not to enjoy it too much.

Enjoying it too much will cause me to become elated, being elated will cause me to crave, and craving is fuel for the Logan Thomas Tight End Shirt in other words I will buy this ego. When I fall out of that “state”, I always assume that it is always at least a little bit with me. Even when I make a bad decision it is that little (ouch) feeling. When I make good decisions I assume that state is a larger part of my life and in those moments I look to keep to that way of living. A vision of pure beauty, of pure oblivion, no past, no future, no self, no thought, just being while not being. She knows what contentment is and she lives a content existence, even if she chooses to be in the world rather than outside it. But, well, she is a fool, and she likes helping others without seeking reward or praise or any thing. Sometimes it even works. 🙂 You’re looking at completely the wrong way and with the emotional immaturity that you’re demonstrating by this question I honestly doubt that you’ve even had this experience. The goal of meditation and reaching Zen not Nirvana is to do it without having to meditate in order to attend the momentary sensation. It’s not about making the moment last forever it’s about feeling that great without having to put effort into it. Which is called “attaining Zen without reaching” Read a book /quit actually acting like you’re a yogi. Spirituality isn’t about one upping others and people who post questions like this are just trying to do that. I’m definitely not a yogi lol. I didn’t one upp nobody. Its a experience I had, which comes and goes. But the first time I experienced it, it was very intense. I haven’t gotten the same intensity since.
