Don’t know about TN, but where I live is a very wealthy suburb with low crime, so a bunch of homeless people set up shop under a big bridge. They got so large they started charging rent for the Little Miss Play Therapist Shirt also I will do this nicer spots and you could upgrade for a night to a mattress – pretty swanky. Anyway, the government kept giving them hotel rooms, boarding houses, and “social housing” (this was religious it turns out, but that’s a different scandal). The homeless guys kept going back to the camp. I confirmed the reason later through a social worker, but that’s after I learnt it myself. Back in college I was friends with a couple of them who busked outside a train station. They explained pretty plainly they shared out their earnings at the end of the day with their family – the other 10 or so homeless dudes in their group. About half of them could beg or busk and the other half couldn’t do anything.

Interesting part is this one busker cleared a few hundred a day. He had issues with alcohol and diabetes but he still said he managed to bring home (his camp) quite a lot of money. They had social workers who worked hard to make sure they all got welfare payments – though accessing the Little Miss Play Therapist Shirt also I will do this money was a struggle. Point is, lack of money wasn’t causing them to be living in a camp either. The issue was they weren’t making enough money to continue living together as a family and the social housing options would split them up. They would accept whatever was arranged for a few days then come back to their family. Because it’s their family. They continually used that word when talking about their family.
