Schumer said it is his intention to hold a vote on a bill that would enshrine abortion access in federal law, but Republicans are almost certain to block it. Democrats also lack the Little mermaid the city of san antonio wall art home shirt in contrast I will get this support within their caucus to eliminate the filibuster to pass it on their own. Now that overturning RvW is almost here I think they’ve realized it’s actually not an ideal move to make if long term control is their goal. Dare I even say some are now unavoidably aware how significantly behind their societal thinking is, and how that’s going to bite them in the ass The old school saber-rattlers never intended to actually overturn Roe v. Wade. They just knew it was good business to always get people riled up about it. That way the single issue voters would then ignore everything else these crooked politicians were up to. It was always about the fight, the never-ending fight that they needed a constant flow of donations to fight. It’s the same thing that happened when Republicans kept voting to overturn “Obamacare” when Obama was in office, but never even dared when Trump was elected. If they actually succeeded then they are on the hook for what’s next.

For years the Little mermaid the city of san antonio wall art home shirt in contrast I will get this anti-abortion crowd could just pass whatever they wanted to impress their single-issue base. They knew that it would get struck down and they didn’t care. They were counting on Roe to keep the fight alive. But if Roe falls, then suddenly those laws are on the books and they have to deal with actual fallout. This isn’t to say that some politicians aren’t 100% on board with going to the extreme. It’s why they were elected. But now they find out whether that support is maintained when they are actually making policy and not just rabble rousing. It’s easy to complain from the cheap seats when you know you won’t win. (It’s why all these pundits don’t actually go into politics.) So who knows if this could turn out to be a bad thing for Republicans. Maybe their base will support them. Maybe they can actually make gains by overturning Roe and then going after gay marriage and interracial marriage. Point Of information – the Republicans actually did try to overturn ObamaCare under Trump, but the deciding vote in the Senate came down to REP John McCain who infamously gave a big “FuCk You Trump” thumbs down….
