A lot of the Leopard And Plaid Pattern Word Love T-Shirt In addition,I will do this money he used is actually loaned, which is why it isn’t taxed. He equity financed 21 billion and the rest is between loans using his Tesla shares as collateral and debt financing. Because his money isn’t liquid. It’s investment money which means you can’t put a hard value on it for taxing because it changes all the time. He has so much that it’s nothing for his calculated estimated money in investments to fluctuate up and down by many many millions of dollars on a given day. He has the ability to trade an investment rather than pay using liquid funds as well so yeah… he can avoid a lot of tax because he has such wealth that he can afford to have 99.9% of his money tied up in investments while his 0.1% is enough for him to live comfortably on in day to day life. Meanwhile most of us need 90%+ of our money in a more liquid form because that’s what we require for everyday life.

It’s truly not the Leopard And Plaid Pattern Word Love T-Shirt In addition,I will do this billionaire’s fault. They’re using loopholes in a broken system to not pay taxes. I would do the same if I had that amount of money. The issue is the loopholes need to be closed and find a better way to tax the super rich. Also find a way to tax companies that hide their money offshore. This tweet was upvoted by over twelve thousand redditors who are too stupid to understand stocks or financing. This website is so exhausting. Because it’s not real to buy twitter? It’s a loan against his Tesla stock. He’s gambling his own company. He should still pay his taxes though, I agree with that Didn’t he cash out a billion in stock to pay the taxes based on a Twitter vote? I get hating the concentration of wealth. I just wish the popular memes weren’t so glib Or when you say something along the lines of “why isn’t an insane amount of money like that being used to help people instead of buying himself a toy” and the response is “it’s capital it doesn’t work like that, it’s a business deal he can’t ackshewally spend that money on things” like ok that makes it totally fine than I guess. Or my favorite “x donated 100k last year!” Ok well did they donate 43billion last year? Because that’s like chucking a nickel in the basket then buying yourself a Bugatti. Yeah, you have to be rich to understand how to cheat the tax laws, and get away with paying nothing…To be fair, I’m sure Musk didn’t know until he hooked up with his accountants.
