The City that goes yuuuuup knows they do not have the LeBron James LA Lakers LeCap shirt besides I will buy this staffing, funding, or resources to clean out every drain in their jurisdiction on a 6-12 month basis, but the inlet is still necessary, so it goes in. Edit : as someone else pointed out, this IS a sucker truck, I’ve never seen this type where the nozzle is attached to the sucker. I was wondering why they were just packing the dirt in there. It goes into a much bigger pipe that can get currents strong enough to carry such things away. A storm drain would be pretty useless if soot and debris couldn’t pass through it I’m not an engineer, but I feel like this purpose-built machine could’ve been designed to be better at its job than it currently is.

There’s a trap in the LeBron James LA Lakers LeCap shirt besides I will buy this drain to catch large objects. Once the dirt was made into mud, it squeezed out of the trap. Also, the drain isn’t clogged, they just pumped gallons of water into it and they aren’t designed to handle that much all at once. The dirt and water will slowly flow out. Don’t you think if it was better that’s what they would do? Clearly spending hundreds of hours having people go across the city to clean storm drains with a shovel isn’t as efficient as a high-powered jet of water. And no, the dirt isn’t going to resolidify, it was only a solid because it was dry. Once they’ve irrigated it with that much water it’s not going to dry up again before it’s all drained out. That tube in the middle is basically a vacuum. They were sucking up all that material after rinsing it into a sludge. Added a bit of water and packed the silt and debris down. Didn’t remove it at all. No evidence that it was liquified so much that it drained away down the pipes. I suspect its just still sitting lower in the drainage system. All that machinery to replace a guy with a pry bar and a pressure washer. And oh yeah the guy? He’s still there. Alright then you pay for his health insurance when his back gives out because a he’s doing that for 8 hours a day across several hundred drains.
