I am pretty sure this silhouette was actually changed for the Lazy Cat sometimes takes me all day get nothing done shirt but in fact I love this volume release. So Oda probably had Vegapunk’s design decided some time between the release of this chapter and the release of the volume actually. Aaaah, thank you! I swore I remember something like that but couldn’t find the source. I guess that’s just because I was thinking of the wrong silhouette lol In this scene he talks like an old man. It just doesn’t come across in the shitty translation used in this post I meant in the anime… Also he has a problem talking with that big tongue which was not shown here.. Not in manga nor in anime. He hasn’t had any problems talking with his tongue. The only moment he has had any trouble talking was when he was saying the name of his fruit, but that was a gag about the fruit’s name, and it had nothing to do with his tongue. Anime does matter. Because oda does get involved in it… Especially for selecting VA for a particular character who is yet to be revealed properly. And he has problems talking… Not all the time but he has… Which was not portrayed or hinted here. The way he was portrayed in this flashback is different from what we got. So you are saying Vegapunk Covered for Ceasar? It seems like a big jumble of messy thoughts and emotions when you first start practicing meditation. Over time you begin to notice patterns as you start to get less “carried away” by the thoughts. You’ll see that you think certain things and feel certain ways about X, Y, and Z.

Lazy Cat sometimes takes me all day get nothing done shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

After meditating a lot over the Lazy Cat sometimes takes me all day get nothing done shirt but in fact I love this past year and a half, my brain actually works in a different way. When I go out on my daily walk, I’ll find myself thinking about some emotional issue from the past like: Then this weird kind of space opens up and I’m able to instinctively trace back the pattern of thinking that led to that emotion. Maybe it was just 30 seconds from: “I saw this person’s name pop up in my social media. My brain then pulled up an emotional memory of that person. The emotion now feels very present and even though I haven’t seen them in forever, I’m now on my quiet daily walk feeling anger toward someone who probably hasn’t thought about me in years.” All this happens very naturally now. Instead of being angry and emotional about that person for hours or days, that little mapping and tracing back of the emotion makes the whole thing complete. And since it’s completed, it just goes away.
