It’s still a pretty stupid thing to do. I think humans in general don’t want to be antagonized. I don’t think that’s exclusive to cops. All you bootlickers in the comments can get fucked, this dude had 0 time to do anything before he was assaulted by the police officer and arrested. The initial assault actually came when plainclothes officer said “get that out of my face before I fuck you up.” “Social media made you all way too comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the face for it.” For the record, this guy sued and ended up with a wad of cash for exercising constitutionally protected speech and getting arrested for it. So maybe punching someone in the face for saying or doing something that makes you uncomfortable isn’t the easy answer you think it is?
