My first real love and I got Bears for each other (we were 17ish). We used to take them to movies, zoos, vacations, etc. Loved it, didn’t care what people thought. Pure innocence. Broke up at 21, my fault, I’m an idiot. He helped me through the Lamarcus Aldridge Thank You For The Memories American Basketball T-Shirt in contrast I will get this rough patch. I had kept him for a long time, but then I thought I remembered throwing him away because every time I saw him, it was a negative reminder. I was cleaning out boxes in basement storage and found him in a box with my wife’s old stuffed animals. It was a nice surprise. I’ve been thinking of getting him out, but my wife would not think too highly of that, LOL. She knows Bear’s history, and that I cared strongly for this other person. My SO (36) sleeps with the teddybear i made and gave her for Valentines 16/17 years ago. She likes the feeling against her stomach. I (40) have a Snoopy which i’ve had since birth next to the bed, but don’t actually sleep with it. It’s more of an emotional talisman. I’m 26 and my bed is filled with stuffed animals. My teddy bear in particular is named Teddy, I have had her since I was one. Every night since I could remember, I’ve slept with her on top of my head. She just makes me feel happy and cozy and safe.
