In all those years, I was going round telling people,’Did you know Frankie Grooms dad was bitten by a shark?’ and none of them believed me. Turns out they were right not to. At a baby shower for a friend. I’d never met most of her other friends so basically me, her, one mutual friend and 10 other women I’d never met. I’m on the Kj Williams Oklahoma City Blue On Winning The G League Championship 2023 2024 Shirt it is in the first place but larger side of life, this is relevant. I can’t even remember how on the world this conversation started but I suddenly blurt out ‘oh yeah I was out walking one day and a guy asked if I was pregnant, and I went along with it‘. Everybody’s now looking at me ready to laugh along with me. One of the women I didn’t know went ‘haha, how far along did you say you were?’ And my idiotic socially awkward cringefarm of a brain came up with ‘3 months!’ (ie barely even showing). Cue a literal awkward silence for several seconds before everyone started talking again at once to move past it.I still have no clue why the F I said that but it’s a cringe that still haunts me at least once a week, even tho friend’s wee boy is now 6.

Had a friend at school who was basically Jay from the Kj Williams Oklahoma City Blue On Winning The G League Championship 2023 2024 Shirt it is in the first place but Inbetweeners, and he claimed he shagged a supply drama teacher we had. Dude got SO MAD when no one believed him, despite him being known as a serial bullshitter. My best friend at school lied about everything, but the worst was when she said her step dad abused her. We were all hanging out after school one day and she told us the stories and we insisted she call NSPCC and report it. She then borrowed a friends phone and went off and spent ages ‘to talk’ to them. When we got the phone back we saw she hung up after a few seconds and was just pretending to talk. Not long after I went to meet her at her house and her step dad there and he was the most friendly, jovial person. As we left he chased her down the street to give her spending money. I’m not saying things weren’t bad behind the scenes, potentially. But the fact she lied about so much anyway, and then the evidence didn’t support the theory… didn’t add up to me. Her mum was also very nice and they just seemed like happy, normal people. Worked with someone who lied about everything. Her parents being divorced, her nan dying, where she went on holiday, just really random things that were completely unnecessary. She was actually fine to chat to but everyone got fed up with her because you’d be having a perfectly nice conversation with her and then she’d lie for no reason. She was always contradicting herself and forgetting who she told what to so it was really obvious.
