Well this was 2013 so trump is N/A there. A quick Google says Clinton was in alpha phi Omega and phi beta kappa and a member of a band honors fraternity, kappa kappa psi Outside of the Kind Of Woman Once In A Lifetime Black Girl November Birthday T-Shirt in other words I will buy this band one because I just have no experience with them, Alpha Phi Omega is a service fraternity for both men and women, and Phi Beta Kappa is one for people who have high GPA’s. Almost think of it like a Greek version of NHS. Neither have the predominantly social aspect to them, but both still look great on resumes. Community service and smart? Yeah that’s a good combo. Do Phi Beta Kappa and other honors fraternities really count? They definitely don’t have the same culture as regular frats. Also, by definition (honor frat), your grades have to be higher to be in, so the bit about it lowering your GPA wouldn’t be accurate. That’s why I said that we have to stretch the definition if we are going to claim that all but 2 presidents were in one.

Phi Beta Kappa is a national academic honors society awarded to the Kind Of Woman Once In A Lifetime Black Girl November Birthday T-Shirt in other words I will buy this top members of a graduating class at elite universities and colleges. It’s definitely not a fraternity in any sense. PBK’s an honor society, and for the most part it’s just like, “Here’s a letter telling you can join; you have to buy the pin; we’ll send you newsletters forever.” Those are not social fraternities. They are honorary types. That is why I said that we have to stretch the definition. Simply put, those don’t count in the context of what a true college fraternity is. They had to have, because we know for a fact that many presidents were not in the typical social fraternities associated with colleges. Claiming that “all but 2” presidents since 1825 were in fraternities is false and disingenuous. They may have been in some sort of Greek-letter society, but that is not the same as a true social fraternity.
