They are in violation of federal law, period! They can protest all they want, just not at a federal judge or Supreme Court Justices home. Facts and the Kilgore surf club white distressed apocalypse now shirt Also,I will get this law don’t care about your feelings. The First Amendment doesn’t care about your feelings or that law. “or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” SCOTUS is the judicial branch of our government. The law you quoted is worth less than the tissue I used to blow my nose earlier. Mark my words, absolutely nobody will enforce that law you cited. Be mad all you want, but I suggest you cope and move on to other things. The first amendment doesn’t protect people intimidating a judge, justice, juror or witnesses to redress grievances, there are other, legal avenues to do it in. The fact that you don’t understand or refuse to understand that intimidation of the court to get a certian outcome is absolutely illegal, y’all can’t just ignore or violate the law simply because it is inconvenient for your narrative, think (wrongly) that a amendment protects breaking the law, or becaue your feelings are hurt.
