Something I eventually learnt myself through frustration is; sewing slower so you can make sure it’s perfect is waaaay less effort than having to pull out stitching and start over My favourite tattoo I have ever seen was on a guy with his leg amputated, it ended where his leg did. It said “measure twice cut on” Also don’t cut directly on the line always saw closer to the offcut it might only be a millimetre difference but its better it being too long and able to be taken down that tiniest bit rather than being a tad too short.
