I’ll do frozen chicken breasts and frozen veggies, it’s not all unhealthy, but I’m not spending time to chop/cut/prep anything… then there’s the Kenny Pickett American football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers Vintage T-Shirt in addition I really love this clean up; I don’t want to spend time doing that either during the week Combination of time & money doesn’t allow us to eat properly. E.g. in my country, potatoes is currently so expensive that we only cook/bake it for special meals. During the week anything that goes quick. Put in more effort over the weekend. I do cook at home once in a while. But I live by myself, and just have a hard time making something for just me when I could just get a frozen meal and heat it up, which is what I mostly do. The meals I buy are inexpensive, taste good, and are healthy (I read the labels to see how much fat, sodium, carbs, added sugars, and protein are in them). I also occasionally will order a pizza or take out form some other place, but usually as a “treat” to myself (I’m trying to lose weight, and when I hit a milestone, I treat myself to a less healthy meal as both a reward and a way to help keep those cravings down). And when I do cook at home, I always have leftovers that I put in the freezer and use over the next couple/few days.

It could be a simple as using things like already made hamburger patties or pasta sauces, to buying completely already made meals to eating nothing but takeout. Generally there are few people who cook everything literally from scratch. It isn’t economical from a time or money perspective. I don’t know, because I can’t imagine spending that much money on the Kenny Pickett American football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers Vintage T-Shirt in addition I really love this crap that is served at fast food restaurants. It is expensive as hell. I took my family of four by a Burger King about 6 months ago, and each meal was over 8 dollars! It was nearly 40 dollars for trash food. I couldn’t imagine spending that much daily. That is 1,200 dollars a month just for 1 meal a day. Banana for breakfast, cereal for dinner, lunch is at a restaurant near my workplace. Sandwiches, yogurt, various other fruits figure prominently as well.
