Zomato and swiggy market share clearly indicate a lot of customers prefer convenience with some additional cost Use Zomato and Swiggy for Marketing only !!!! Deliver good food and people will show offline, Cater them well and they’ll ditch Zomato Swiggy all together Now, I (customer) orders same half butter chicken via Zomato and there it shows Rs. 320/-. With taxes + Delivery charges – discount, it’s Rs. 370/. I would disagree that it would be cost effective to do the Kenneth Murray Jr American football linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers T-Shirt it is in the first place but deliveries by restaurant itself. It would need 3 people and 3 motorcycles and managing these delivery guys is a huge pain… Purchasing and maintaining motorcyles is another pain. A friendly advice would be, if you are discontinuing swiggy and Zomato, then do not offer deliveries beyond 500 meters.
