Well, this is because teens need real, actual sex education. They don’t need a prop. The problem isn’t wanting a baby and giving a young woman a simulated baby in an effort to remove that want is ridiculous. In one school they will keep it a secret where babies come from and not teach them about sex and in the next school they will straight up give them a baby lol. So; People give young girls toy dolls to teach them to love babies and play at being mothers. Then, in high school, they give them a fancy baby doll that vastly oversimplifies the care process and expect it to have the opposite effect. Just teach sex ed. Show birthing videos. Maybe be honest about health risks. Methinks they don’t actually want fewer pregnancies.
