flexible my choose the Justin Herbert American football quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers Player Name T-Shirt But I will love this 8:30-5 option as my wife doesn’t start until 9 WFH and we like to walk the dog together in the morning and work is 50 min commute for me. Anyway, we have a daily stand up at 8:30 on the dot and it really annoys me that I am given evils and death stares and even comments when I am 1-3 minutes late but I see some of the 8-4:30 crew rock up at 8:25 (when I am in early) and still leave at 4:30! Just annoys me that management don’t care when you turn up before 8:30 despite your arrangement but 1 second after 8:30 and it’s a sackable offence! /s I can do any shift in the window ofhift, 5 shift) thats mostly in industrial work. Some workplaces also have “flex”, where u can (If you want) start/end an hour or so later/earlier. Or as my former employer gave us 6,5 hours a month wich we could use as flex or set aside for medial appointments and such or at the end of the month just skip a day, and still get fully paid. It’s so dumb!! When I had an office job I was told I could start anytime between 6am and 9am, I took that to mean I could walk in at any point in that time frame and be okay, went thru a bit of a depressive period where I could barely drag myself out of bed on a day off to do something I enjoyed let alone get up for work, this led to me showing up between 8:30 and 8:50am and getting set up and clocked in just before 9am, after a couple weeks my boss pulled me aside and asked if I could start showing up before 8, I informed her that when I was promoted to this department I could start any time I wanted between 6 and 9 and unless she was about to make me the only employee with a set schedule on the team I would continue to show up in that window

What person even came up with office work being this early. Most jobs are 7-3 to 9-5. That means most clients don’t even have the Justin Herbert American football quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers Player Name T-Shirt But I will love this ability to show up. That’s honestly the perfect schedule! You still have time to schedule things and take care of business after work. I start at 7/730 with an hour commute. I have to because I do daycare drop off and my husband does pick up, and that way I’m home in time for us to eat dinner as a family. Sucks for you but I prefer going in at 6 and getting out at 2. Way less traffic and then I actually have some time to relax before making dinner. So you want to work until 5pm every day? Nah sorry, at that point I’m already started to make dinner and got a cold drink in my hand, while I’ve already cut the grass and washed dishes… I love earlier starts, because working an 8hr day starting at 7am I’m done at 3pm… so much more room for literally anything you want to do
