I told him I felt awful. His response was a long pause before he told me that I wasn’t qualified to make that assessment and that I was feeling well now after his treatment.

A Dr told me my white blood cells were elevated due to anxiety and I should pray to God to make me a stronger person to fix it I was told that I needed to exercise more to prevent my chronic headaches….. This was after I told the Just an Iowa Guy Iowa in a Arizona World 2023 Shirt but in fact I love this doctor I exercised for about 90-120 minutes 5x per week. My pediatrician, after telling him I randomly get really weak and pass out, “You just stood up too fast.” No. I am hypoglycemic. So i have depression, ive had it for a while and i went to a new dr to let told him that i had depression, he just looked at me and said “get back to me on that once you go outside” like sir, that wont fix me wanting to kill myself but thanks VA doc told me, my back pain was psychosomatic, then he winced & turned when my back cracked loud when I stood up a couple seconds later. My mother took my little 3 year old brother to my hometown’s ER because he had a strange fever that wouldn’t subside with paracetamol nor ibuprofen. My mother had spotted a thing behind his ear and though it was a tick because we had just gotten a little puppy from a nearby farm a few days before. Despite telling her this, the doctor said it was not ticks fever, just a common virose, and send him home without medication. The next day my brother throw up on me and it burned. He had 41⁰C fever so my mother rushed to another hospital in another city, where he was immediately put in cold water to try to lower the fever; turns out he really had the mouth piece of a tick in his ear and he was diagnosed with “tick fever”. He got the proper antibiotic right away, but he was really sick for a few days and we feared for his life. That stupid doctor in the first ER had all the information to conclude it was probably a tick bitte on a small child but she didn’t care, and my little brother almost died. Never trusted my hometown hospital to this day. Have more stories like this happening there, including to me and other family members. I’ll stay away from that hospital if I can.
