All in all saved my ass as that was my first job working as a Trucking Foreman & would have been my last if I didn’t have that documentation. They mostly all have the same mind set that they can do no wrong .If it’s one of these types best believe they will email exactly what you just explained thinking there is no wrong in what they are doing.Hope all works out for you. Also there is alot other places to work that will see your hard work & reward you for it. Please don’t settle for a company who doesn’t care for there employees as it will never change unless all management is whiped out. Thats why large corporations when buying out another they start off with whiping out Management & start a new ..Yes seems fucked & alot lose there job but they can apply back for it which some get it & some don’t. They do this to get rid of any faults that the company had & use their own business management system which obviously is better as they just bought them out. It’s sad to see this, I can tell you from experience (2 large banks) that we most definitely hire based on race now, we have a diversity quota. Just say you’re transracial and transgender, not only will you be hired, you’ll be hired with a higher starting pay and you will be protected from any sort of punishment.
