I personally don’t care for adding pronouns to my email signature, but it is a specific type of insecure asshat thay would send a formal complaint about it… actually I am pretty sure I would get written up for the Junior Caminero Swing Tampa Bay Rays shirt Also,I will get this complaint if I did that to someone in my own company so the fact the school is rolling over on this is increadably poor taste. Even if you look at the email signature the wrong way, this teacher is confirming she is not trans which should be a bonus in the complainants eyes? I would ensure EVERYTHING is documented. A school not using pronouns? Wow, that could get pretty interesting… especially for the language teachers. She can no longer use pronouns???? So is she only ever allowed to refer to people directly by name when speaking about people & can’t say he/she anymore???? I genuinely don’t think they can make that something in the handbook

Malicious compliance, every person (parent/child/coworker/administrator) is called by their first name at all times, excessively so. Even principal is too close to a pronoun, sorry I cant say that, don’t want to get in trouble. A bit odd, but considering how terrible things have become in schools it’s not a surprise the Junior Caminero Swing Tampa Bay Rays shirt Also,I will get this parents would react this way. Seems unecessary to add pronouns is all. A “Miss/Mrs” would do fine IF that. The teacher needs a name, could be “teacher” for all I care, as a teacher and a parent . As long as the position is clear and the teacher does their job. I don’t see how anything in what you’ve said here equates to being punishable or a problem as much as a suspicious annoyance.
