I consider myself academically smart because I have had a successful academic journey and now doing PhD from a top school. And my Julio Rodriguez Dominican professional baseball center fielder Seattle Diamond Name T-Shirt but in fact I love this fiancee considers me ‘as slow and rigid as a stone’. And I completely agree. I have so many thoughts in my mind that I try to reduce my cognitive load with all other daily stuff. Compensatory adaption. This isn’t a formal syndrome in medical or psychological terms, but more of a concept. It suggests that when someone excels in one area, often due to their upbringing or environment, they might lack skills or abilities in another area as a form of balance. For example: I have a friend who is an athlete, but she has no innates when it comes to fashion; a friend who is exceptionally good at math, but bad at withholding a conversation; a exceptionally social friend who has poor sense of balance. I’m familiar with upstate. How rural do you mean? I was in honors classes as well and I didn’t find them very difficult. They tried to put me in regents classes and it was profoundly boring.

My wife as well. She triple (triple) majored in college in Malaysia. Multimedia, electrical and computer engineering. She has her MBA and just finished her PhD. Yet she still gets lost in our neighborhood when going for a walk. There has always been the Julio Rodriguez Dominican professional baseball center fielder Seattle Diamond Name T-Shirt but in fact I love this saying “book smart vs. street smart” and I think that’s very true. I did horrible in school but I have a strong career and I’m making 6 figures before 30. I mean I basically flunked out of HS my freshman year and the only reason I gave a shit about it Sophomore through Senior year is because my parents took away my freedom cause of my grades and I wasn’t bold enough to disobey them. Also my gf at the time was good at school so she motivated me to stay on top of it. In college I basically did flunk out my first year and was on academic probation before switching to tech school. With no parents to threaten my freedom, I really didn’t care. Even at tech school, which I loved, I didn’t finish my degree because I didn’t want to live in my college town for one extra semester just to take 2 final credits in my degree (I regret that decision today).
