When reddit armchair art critiques get riled up about their overrated game being bombed with actual old school B-boy era style graffiti. I love it. That’s not how it works. If it’s a commission he still gets paid, if it’s a legal spot it’s open season. If it’s not then it’s even less of a deal imo. Il try make this simple. This is graffiti, Not an art studio and not a place where feelings get hurt over spots (outside of crews/beefs). Your probably more hurt than the JR Motorsports Mineral Wash Car shirt and by the same token and mural painter is. He knows how it is if he’s learned graffiti. You don’t own spots. You earn em or lose em. Metro artist have even less respect for paid murals for this reason. I hate that they do that. And honestly I would either put up a camera or a night guard to watch that so that does not happen

JR Motorsports Mineral Wash Car shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s kinda against the JR Motorsports Mineral Wash Car shirt and by the same token and point, this only should be applicable if the guy who owns the wall authorized and even paid for the artwork, then he can choose to guarantee that it doesn’t get vandalized by someone else who he didn’t paid Although this is crappy and I’m sorry that it happened next time the artist in question should probably buy a canvas so they can make art in the safety of their own home. If there’s one thing you can always count on in this world its that people will do the absolute dumbest thing possible. In today’s day and age if you want anything to stay nice you have to have a camera on it and have signs that you have cameras on it. Or armed guards. General idea here is graffiti artists (as a generalization) don’t respect street art like murals and will tag or piece over them in defiance
