Actually this is exactly what I booked on Ryanair for April: free 20kg checked bag and a personal item. Carry-on is extra. I got the Journey Band 51 Years Anniversary Signature Shirt besides I will buy this PLUS fare because while my carry-on is around 10kg, I didn’t want to take a chance and I’ll be at the destination for weeks so a delayed luggage won’t be a problem. The thing about all these “low cost” carriers is that the bare bone fares are quite useless so I just stopped thinking of them in those terms and pay for better tickets to save myself headaches. Kind of like I don’t book bunk beds in hostels.
