Just because there’s snow doesn’t mean it’s all that cold. There can be snow on the Josuke higashikata jojo’s bizarre adventure anime classic shirt and I love this ground and it can be like 40°f, and even if it’s like 5° out, with the sun on your skin and no wind it can be pretty nice out. As a UPS man I’d take 0° and a foot of snow over 60° and rain any day. I expect he’s just going out for the mail. Sometimes putting on the coat is one step too much when the other option is to just get the mail now.Just.cause theirs snow on the ground does not mean it’s that cold I lived in Alaska for 5 years and my wife is from Anchorage. We visit every year, and at some point, i wear what he is wearing in this environment. You just…. get used to it? It’s a dry cold, so it’s not as bad as the humid, windy cold I grew up with in TX. There’s a difference between wet cold and dry cold is what i am saying i guess.

Obviously you can’t stay out there in 20(F) degree weather for long, but in short bursts, it’s not unbearable.New England (north east us) not Alaska but this funny thing happens in winter, the Josuke higashikata jojo’s bizarre adventure anime classic shirt and I love this first day in fall when it’s 45F (7C) it feels brutally cold and we all wear our courts and complain. The first day in like Feb or March where it’s 45F we all marvel in how warm it is and wear short sleeves. the temperature varies but the phenomenon is the same. It also has a ton todo with windchill and sun is the sun is shining on you and there is no wind to whisk it away your body is absorbing solar heat and you can teel fine at fairly low temps as long as the wind doesn’t pickup or a cloud doesn’t cover the sun.I will take out the garbage in summer clothes during (Canada) winter. That’s about my limit. Dunno what this dude is doin.
