I have heard those Whole Shabang chips are good though, but you can only get them behind bars. That nutrient-rich loaf though that they serve you in solitary? I’ll pass on that I once read “the Jordan Miller American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers watercolor T-Shirt and I love this problem isn’t that America doesn’t have enough money to feed the hungry, it’s that we don’t have enough money to satisfy the rich” which is sadly the truth. We could still do so much better for both. Just by gathering stuff that is going to be disposed of at the end of the night but isn’t even expired. Looking at your account do you work in the tech industry? May IT? I am just wondering if the industry in WA is at a place where this has become the only solution for survival. It’s not difficult to find work in WA if you can do some physical labor. I’ve worked in warehouses that hire people with zero experience, even with felonies at $16-20/hr. Some walk to work, take a bus, carpool, etc, while renting a closet somewhere. Put in a few months to get their life back together and then move on. One guy I worked with totaled a new Camaro without insurance, got a DUI, and had unpaid child support. Took him like 2 years to dig himself out of that hole. If you’re just asking about IT in general, definitely not. There’s tons of tech companies up here and they’re pretty much always hiring. Don’t know what OP’s situation is, but it’s pretty easy to find work here. Years ago I did some community service at a Salvation Army store and they told me, if I wanted, I could get lunch at their soup kitchen next door. Was usually chicken or beef, always had some combination of rice/corn/mashed potatoes/green beans/succotash/mac and cheese/peas, then a dessert that was either cake or donuts that local bakeries had left over from the previous day, plus either a bottle of water or milk.

That’s a lot better than not having anything at all. Good on that shelter to provide a meal for those who need it. Not saying the Jordan Miller American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers watercolor T-Shirt and I love this homeless don’t deserve to eat, we ALL need to eat at the end of the day, but why does this look better than what is going on in American public schools? Not too bad. In the kaleidoscope of meals at shelters, I wouldn’t be too depressed about this. Can be pretty up in the air based on donations. 406 more repliesI worked 12 hours today, I ate 2 eggs for breakfast, no lunch, then mashed potatoes for supper. Just so I can keep a roof over my head. That looks like a feast to me I was homeless for a few months at the Northwest University with my mom and brother. We slept in the back of a chevy venture van. Yeah, i am currently in college, i will graduate next year from the University of Louisville. A lot has happened since then. Not bad. I’m glad to hear that shelter is doing relatively well. We refer folks over there semi regularly. I hope you’re getting enough to eat and getting on your feet. Dope, with this meal you have the energy to walk to Bill Gates home. His house is less than 20 miles from all of Bellevue. Edit: ~ 8miles from Eastgate.
